  I have to say I don't recommend this nursery to nobody. My child was very unhappy there. They are very good actors when you come to drop them off pretending that they are so happy to see your child and that they are so friendly but it's an act as soon as you walk out of them doors it's a different story. My child was badly hurt in that nursery. I put my child in there full time and paid them £700 a month. My child's face was swollen up and they refused to show me the CCTV because it was very violent until I argued with them. My heart nearly stopped when I viewed the CCTV. All they came up with that it wasn't there fault no one could of done anything about it. There was three teachers present ar that time and the play ground is small. Only one teacher helped and the rest where just standing there like nothing happened. After that my husband convince to take her back but I didn't want to so on the next day when I did take her I decides to stand and watch through the fence. No one could see me so as I walk in everyone was back to their act smiling and talking to my child like she is the star of the nursery. She didn't wanted to stay inside so I left her with her key teacher outside. As soon as I left all the playing and laughing was over. My child was totally ignored and I can see nobody was interested in her anymore. My child was upset hiding in the corner and tears in her eyes but nobody cared. Eventually for attention she decided to pull out one of the flowers that her key teacher was planting. I was shocked to see the reaction she got. She raised her voice shouting at her after all that your shouting at her because of some flower instead of explaining to her. I thought you was a professionals? I thought you love and care for kids. I don't think so it's all fake. All you care about is money not the kids. Your staff are very unprofessional and more like street girls that talked in my presents about fighting and getting arrested. Wow thank God I tool my child out of this circus. She's is too precious. Since then I moved her into Teasel nursery. Anybody looking for caring,professional and friendly nursery look no further. They are not faking it in front of you they are very caring and won an Award. Plus nice marine boats and swans right next to the nursery not to mention the nature. Good luck to all you mum's.
